The train reaches the destination terminal and vehicles are unloaded and processed — typically 2 to 3 days after arrival.

When will my car actually reach my door?▼
After the train arrives, the destination terminal unloads and processes vehicles for 2 to 3 days. Once your car clears processing, the local carrier arranges the delivery window with you and confirms the day before. You'll have milestone notifications the whole way, so nothing lands unannounced.
Do I need to be home for the delivery?▼
You or someone you authorize should be there to do the condition walk-around against the origin intake report, sign the release, and receive the keys. If you spot anything that wasn't there at drop-off, note it on the delivery receipt on the spot — that's the window for a claim.
My community isn't listed — can you still deliver?▼
