When you book a shipment, you will receive automated email and SMS notifications at key milestones (vehicle received, loaded, in transit, arrived, ready for pickup). You may opt out of marketing communications at any time, but transactional notifications related to your active shipment cannot be opted out of while a shipment is in progress.
