Service Scope

• •This estimate is for terminal-to-terminal service unless residential pickup and/or delivery is explicitly itemized in the quote.
• •If terminal-to-terminal: the Client is responsible for delivering the vehicle to the origin terminal and collecting it from the destination terminal.
• •Terminal addresses are provided after booking is confirmed and payment is received.

Transit Timeline

• •Total time from drop-off to ready-for-pickup includes four phases: (1) vehicle drop-off and check-in, (2) waiting for the next scheduled rail departure — up to 10 days, (3) rail transit, and (4) destination processing — 2 to 3 days.
• •All dates and timelines are estimates. Rail departures are volume-based and typically occur every 7–10 days on major corridors.
• •Once your vehicle is on the train, you can track its status anytime through your personal portal.

Vehicle Requirements

• •Vehicle must be fully operational — it must start and drive onto and off the rail car under its own power.
• •Fuel must be at or below ¼ tank at drop-off. This is a rail safety requirement.
• •Electric vehicles (EVs): battery must be charged to approximately 85% — not fully charged, not near empty.
• •All personal belongings must be removed from the vehicle. No electronics, clothing, luggage, or valuables. Personal items are not insured and may result in refused loading at the terminal.
• •All external accessories must be removed — roof racks, bike racks, cargo carriers, removable antennas.
• •Vehicle must have a clean exterior suitable for condition inspection.
• •Bring one set of keys only. Retain any additional sets.
• •Bring valid government-issued photo ID and your job number to drop-off and pickup.

Vehicle Eligibility

• •We ship 4-wheeled personal passenger vehicles only: sedans, SUVs, pickup trucks (up to F-350 class), crossovers, minivans, hybrids, and electric vehicles.
• •We do not ship: motorcycles, commercial or work vehicles, vehicles older than 25 years, non-operational vehicles, vehicles with less than 6 inches of ground clearance, or vehicles with major exterior modifications.
• •This estimate is for one (1) vehicle only.

Payment

• •Payment is required in full prior to shipment. Vehicles will not be released to the carrier until payment has been received.
• •Payment is processed securely online through your client portal.
• •All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD). The quoted price includes insurance. Tax is shown separately.
